“up-for-change” (Green),
“not-sure” (Amber),
“resistant” (Red).
We then create a bespoke team development programme
which reflects that initial analysis. Our approach
addresses the issues and blocks of those in the red Zone,
the uncertainties of those in the Amber Zone and the
motivation and energy of those in the Green Zone. We
